What You Will Do Assist in monitoring the queues/pipeline, conducting huddles/refreshers on updates / subject matter, and assist the team with any process-related queries Responsible for providing quality and efficient service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees by motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving Develop / Maintain proficiency in his or her subject and guides team members on the tasks to ensure the output is accurate and timely Active participation in successfully executing migration activities, whenever required Maintain and improve performance levels of the team as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) assigned by the management Takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for learning and development; openly discusses his/her actions and their consequences both good and bad Invests time and resources into building the capabilities of team members; helps people define career goals and establish development plans to achieve them; gives people constructive, developmental feedback and advice Builds consensus across individuals with different viewpoints; helps people find common goals and interests; finds mutually agreeable solutions to problems; addresses conflicts so they do not escalate into more major problems Tracking & Analyzing the Customer complaints & Escalations, Root cause analysis, and preventive actions What You Will Need Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university or college. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a people management role. Deep understanding of the Shipping & Logistics domain, including key performance metrics such as: Rates, RFQ & Tariff, Sailing schedules Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, VBA, Power BI, and Power Query. Strong communication, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in team transitions and handling team operations is a strong advantage.
