Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Security team, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and incidents.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless security operations.
Provide training and guidance on security procedures to team members.
Handle emergency situations and respond to security breaches or incidents.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
