Job Description

Lead, mentor, and motivate the inbound and outbound sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. • Develop and implement inbound and outbound sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. • Ensure proper lead generation, follow-up, and conversion through effective inbound/outbound sales processes. • Conduct regular meetings to review performance and set future goals. • Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Prepare and analysed daily/weekly/monthly inbound and outbound sales reports for management review. • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to streamline sales and communication processes. • Ability to work independently, respond to rapid briefs, and execute quickly. • Comfortable managing multiple projects and working with external creatives. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
