Team Leader - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Builder

As a Team Leader at Novartis, your primary responsibility is to manage day-to-day operations efficiently. You will be required to run huddles with team members to ensure the successful delivery of email marketing campaigns, advanced/touchpoint journeys, and data integrations. Collaborating cross-functionally is essential to drive value and keep campaigns on track. Your role involves identifying risks and working closely with the delivery leader to address challenges effectively. Additionally, you will provide input as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to optimize processes, drive improvements, and implement automations in coordination with cross-functional teams. Your deep technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be crucial to contribute to innovation in Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations while maintaining quality and compliance standards. - Collaborate with the Delivery leader on capacity planning against monthly demand. - Conduct key meetings such as daily stand-ups across locations to ensure timely project delivery. - Track project performance and provide insights for process improvements in collaboration with the Delivery leader. - Support governance, reporting, and issue management for campaign operations. - Allocate resources and projects on a daily basis across locations based on demand intake. - Schedule regular one-on-one sessions and contribute to individual development plans. - Work with the team to achieve objectives, monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Utilize strong problem-solving skills to guide and coach the team in performing technical tasks. - Manage vendor partner deliverables according to the Statement of Work (SOW). Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields; an MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 10+ years of experience. - Proficiency in product and project management methodologies and frameworks. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Analytical mindset to leverage data and prioritize initiatives. - Success in managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Previous experience in managing SFMC operations teams and processes is advantageous. - Mandatory certifications in SFMC and Salesforce CRM. - Preferred certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
