The key responsibilities for this position include: Training & Development: - Designing and conducting sales training programs for the patient counselling team. - Training counsellors on telecalling best practices, objection handling, and patient engagement. - Developing call scripts, FAQs, and training materials. Quality Auditing & Compliance: - Auditing telecalling conversations to ensure high-quality interactions and compliance. - Identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback. - Ensuring adherence to company policies, call scripts, and industry standards. Performance Management: - Analyzing call performance, conversion rates, and lead handling efficiency. - Providing individual coaching and team feedback to enhance productivity. - Collaborating with management to optimize sales strategies and patient engagement. Process Optimization: - Working with operations and sales teams to improve call handling efficiency. - Implementing best practices to boost patient engagement and lead conversion. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
