Reports to: Associate Manager/Manager

Job Summary:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to step into the role of Team Leader within our SSO department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors, meeting performance targets, ensuring high quality customer service and meet departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and provide guidance to the team to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor and manage team performance, providing regular feedback and support.
• Facilitate communication within the team and across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in the development and training of team members to ensure their professional growth.
• Handle any escalations and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and high morale.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Knowledge of Travel Tools like Top Dog/Sriggle/Isell ibos is a plus.
