Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives/telecallers.
    • Monitor team performance against sales targets and KPIs.• Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to improve productivity.• Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure MIS accuracy.• Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively.• Ensure adherence to company policies and sales quality standards.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate / HSC with relevant experience.
    • Experience: Minimum 1-9 years in sales + at least 1 year as Team Leader (BPO/Telecalling/Field Sales preferred).• Strong background in achieving and driving sales targets.• Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.• Ability to motivate and build high-performance teams.
