Team Leader - Sales

A Sales Team Leader manages and motivates a sales team to achieve revenue goals by setting targets, developing strategies, and providing coaching and training. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily sales activities, analyzing performance data, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with management to align sales efforts with company objectives. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive team success in a dynamic sales environment
Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:Guide, motivate, and mentor sales representatives, providing hands-on support and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Goal Setting:Establish and track short-term and long-term sales targets to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds objectives.
• Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Performance Monitoring:Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, using these insights to improve team performance and productivity.
• Coaching & Development:Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to sales team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
• Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaboration:Work with other departments and senior management to align sales efforts with overall business goals and ensure smooth operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
