We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our real estate sales team in West Pune. As a Team Leader, Sr. Team Leader, or Sr. FOS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.Key Responsibilities
- Team Leader: - Manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and business objectives. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and conversion. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Sr. Team Leader: - Lead multiple teams of sales executives to achieve sales targets and business objectives. - Develop and implement sales strategies across multiple teams, driving growth and conversion. - Mentor and coach team leaders to improve their leadership skills and sales performance. - Collaborate with senior management to develop business plans and strategies.- Sr. Field Officer (FOS): - Generate leads and convert them into sales, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Conduct site visits, property showings, and presentations to clients and prospects. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry but not mandatory. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Desired Skills- Knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and regulations.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.What We Offer- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.- Training and support to enhance sales and leadership skills.- Collaborative and dynamic work environment.How to ApplyIf you are a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking to join a leading real estate company, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications on email id - kunal.wagh@360realtors.com
