We are a leading real estate company in Pune, specializing in developing and marketing residential and commercial properties. We are looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team in West Pune.

Job Title: Team Leader, Sr. Team Leader, and Sr. Field Officer (FOS)location - Wet Pune

Salary - 35k-50k pm

Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our real estate sales team in West Pune. As a Team Leader, Sr. Team Leader, or Sr. FOS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leader: - Manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and business objectives. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and conversion. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Sr. Team Leader: - Lead multiple teams of sales executives to achieve sales targets and business objectives. - Develop and implement sales strategies across multiple teams, driving growth and conversion. - Mentor and coach team leaders to improve their leadership skills and sales performance. - Collaborate with senior management to develop business plans and strategies.- Sr. Field Officer (FOS): - Generate leads and convert them into sales, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Conduct site visits, property showings, and presentations to clients and prospects. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry but not mandatory. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Desired Skills- Knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and regulations.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.What We Offer- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.- Training and support to enhance sales and leadership skills.- Collaborative and dynamic work environment.How to ApplyIf you are a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking to join a leading real estate company, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications on email id - kunal.wagh@360realtors.com
