Job Description

Were looking for someone who can take chargenot just of tasks, but of people. As a Team Leader, youll be managing a small but high-energy team of Relationship Managers. Your job is to guide, motivate, and help them hit their targets, while also handling key client relationships. What you'll be doing: Leading a team of Relationship Managers in Rajkot. Driving business growth through your teams performance. Coaching RMs on product knowledge, sales strategy, and client servicing. Ensuring smooth onboarding and support for new Authorised Persons (APs)/ Sub-brokers. Regularly reviewing sales pipelines and ensuring targets are met. Reporting performance updates to the senior leadership team.
