Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Lead & Motivate the Team: Take ownership of the teams performance by motivating and uniting team members to achieve their individual and collective sales targets.

  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team environment where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support thrive to achieve overall sales success.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring your team effectively generates leads, nurtures relationships, and converts prospects.

  • Training & Mentoring: Train, mentor, and support team members to improve their skills, product knowledge, and overall sales techniques.

  • Client Engagement: Handle high-value negotiations & Miz-Sized Deals, and ensure the team provides top-tier service to all clients.

  • Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Track sales metrics, monitor team progress, and provide consistent feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely with CRM, Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth processes and the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:-

  • Should have knowledge about PUNE west Real estate market (mandatory)

  • Proven experience of 4-5 years in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.

  • Ability to bring the team, ensuring alignment and shared goals for maximum performance.

  • Strong leadership abilities to guide, unite, and inspire a diverse team to consistently meet and exceed targets.

  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and success.

  • In-depth knowledge of real estate sales, particularly in residential properties.

  • Experience in managing relationships with clients and navigating complex negotiations.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to team management, problem-solving, and driving results.

  • Must own a bike/car with a valid license.

  • Must be able to speak in English , Hindi & Marathi
