Job Description

Team Management Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and group targets. Allocate leads, monitor performance, and provide necessary support. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for skill development. Sales Performance Set sales goals and ensure targets are met within timelines. Track daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and analyze performance. Develop strategies to increase sales revenue and market share. Client Relationship Management Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Support team members in handling escalations or key client negotiations. Process & Reporting Ensure team members follow sales processes and company policies. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to management. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales operations. Recruitment & Training Assist in hiring new sales executives. Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to enhance team capabilities. Market Awareness Keep track of competitors’ activities and market trends. Share insights with management to design effective sales strategies.
