Team Leader

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for guiding and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high performance. This role combines hands-on sales with leadership, training, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:Lead, support, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Monitor individual and team performance through regular evaluations and reports. Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff. Handle complex client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales management to set goals, forecast sales, and plan promotional activities. Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide feedback to senior leadership. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
