Team Leader

As a Team Leader at Nison, your role will involve supervising and managing a team of 6 operators on a metal packaging drum production line. You will also actively participate in the production process, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Identify the characteristics of the order and plan the production stages accordingly. - Monitor production to meet requirements such as quantity, lead time, quality, and cost. - Check the operation of equipment, provide technical support to operators, and ensure maintenance tasks are carried out effectively. - Verify the conformity of raw materials and finished products. - Ensure proper application of procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Raise awareness of quality and related standards among team members. - Manage purchasing administration and work on process improvement and simplification. - Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate inventory management.
