Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader with proven experience in Personal Loan sales to manage and motivate a team of executives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Drive business growth through effective planning, lead management, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure smooth execution of the personal loan process from sourcing to disbursement.
• Motivate and guide the team to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
• Maintain coordination with cross-functional teams for loan processing and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify training needs and provide regular coaching to team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales, with at least 1 year in a team-handling role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving set goals.
• In-depth knowledge of the personal loan process, credit policies, and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
