URGENT HIRING FOR TEAM LEADER || LOCATION - BANGALORE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

2. Overseeing day to day activities setting goals and developing strategies for  lead generation. 
3. Conduct performance reviews. 

4. Lead Generation:

5. Proactively seeking out potential client and nurturing relationships to generate  New business.  
6. Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to identify   and engage potential customers.  
7. Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads effectively  

8. Negotiation andClosing:

9. Assist clients with the negotiation process, ensuring both client satisfaction and  company profitability. 
10. Closedeals effectively by guiding clients through the paperwork and formalities.

    Market Research:

12. Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitive offerings to  provide clients with informed advice. 
13. Share insights with thesales team to help refine strategies. 

14. Post-Sale Follow-up:

15. Ensure a smooth transition for clients post-sale by coordinating with  relevant departments. 
16. Maintain ongoing relationships withclients for potentialfuturereferrals and  repeat business. 

17. Team Collaboration:

18. Work closely with marketing and other sales team members to align strategies  and share leads. 
19. Participate in team meetings and training sessions toimprove product  knowledge and sales techniques. 

20. Reporting:

21. Regularly update management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market  feedback. 
22. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Business,Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset. 
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite. 
• Knowledge oftheBangalore real estate market is a plus.
