Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Team Leader or Manager to oversee our logistics support team. You will manage teams working in rotational shifts, ensuring exceptional performance, delivery quality, and adherence to KPIs across various operations like driver log validation, analysis, scheduling, and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of 10–25 agents across multiple shifts
• Maintain performance metrics (AHT, Quality, SLA adherence, Attendance)
• Train, mentor, and coach new and existing team members
• Handle shift planning, team rosters, and workload distribution
• Resolve escalations and ensure prompt issue resolution
• Coordinate with client-side managers or team leads for updates and reporting
• Conduct regular team meetings, 1-on-1s, and performance reviews
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting dashboards
• Collaborate with Quality and Training teams to close performance gaps.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader or Manager in BPO/KPO/logistics outsourcing (AI logistics preferred)
• Proven experience in handling rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Strong command over English (written and spoken)
• Sound knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and workflow tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Knowledge of US/Canada transportation logistics is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); logistics/operations preferred

Familiarity with AI tools used in logistics & dispatch

Salary:

Negotiable as per company norms and candidate’s experience.
