Job Title: Team Leader – Admissions Location: Shivaneri Institute Of Vocational Education, Pune Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month Experience Required: 2–5 years (Education Industry) Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – Admissions who can lead and motivate our admission team to achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the education sector, proven leadership skills, and a solid understanding of KPRI and education sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and motivate the admission team to achieve individual and overall admission targets. Plan and execute admission strategies for student enrollment and retention. Monitor daily team performance and provide regular feedback and training. Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination between counselors and management. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems. Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with the team. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners. Ensure all admission activities comply with institutional policies and KPRI standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in the education industry, preferably in admissions or counseling. Strong knowledge of KPRI and education sales operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
