Job Title: Telecaller Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Type: Full-time Location: Shivaneri Institute Of Vocational Education, Pune Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our admissions and counselling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding students about our vocational and professional courses, and converting inquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission procedures. Maintain records of calls and follow-ups. Handle inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.). Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales will be an added advantage.
