The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers in making the best purchase decisions. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and offer assistance. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable textile products. Showcase fabric varieties (cotton, silk, linen, synthetics, etc.) with knowledge and confidence. Provide accurate information on fabric types, quality, price, and usage. Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and restocked regularly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sales area. Coordinate with inventory and tailoring departments as needed. Meet sales targets and contribute to team success. Qualifications: Minimum qualification: SSLC/Plus Two (Higher education is an advantage). Good communication skills in Malayalam Friendly, courteous, and customer service oriented.
