Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information in CRM.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.
