Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader with strong experience in team management and client interactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams effectively and possess excellent Excel reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
  • Manage client interactions and ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare and analyze reports using Excel
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and provide guidance to team members

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in team leadership
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
