To ensure timely reporting of Hazards and near miss. Training to operators on good safety practices Daily/monthly safety reports/target completion Active participation in Zero waste to landfill practices To ensure First time right products by developing Operator. Identifies top paint defects & implementing action plans for resolution. Daily efficient production planning to meet organisation production target Daily Line efficiency monitoring, analysis and action plan implementation on losses. To monitor and control absenteeism, Manpower handling-Deployment, multiskilling. Maintain accurate & up-to-date records material consumption (paint, Chemical, packaging material etc).
