Team Leader - Operations

As a Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of employees towards achieving the organization's goals and objectives. You will work closely with team members, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project completion. Monitoring team performance, offering feedback and coaching, and ensuring timely task completion will be key aspects of your role. Collaboration with other team leaders for effective communication and coordination, maintaining strong working relationships with team members, peers, and management, and liaising with clients to understand their requirements and align them with the team's work will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve conducting regular team meetings to review progress, address concerns, and provide updates. Setting clear expectations for team members, ensuring their understanding of roles and responsibilities, and performing any additional duties assigned by management will be crucial. To excel in this role, you will need exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, demonstrated leadership abilities, knowledge of project management principles and tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs, and the capability to collaborate effectively with others and build strong working relationships. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are also essential. This is a full-time position requiring a day shift schedule and in-person work location.
