Job Title: Telecalling Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, providing information about our products or services, and generating leads or setting appointments. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Make outbound calls to potential customers.
✔ Explain products or services clearly and persuasively.✔ Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM.✔ Follow up with interested customers and handle inquiries.✔ Provide excellent customer service to existing clients if needed.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per company policy)
✅ Good communication skills in [Language Requirement, e.g., Hindi, English, Marathi]✅ Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability✅ Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills✅ Ability to work under targets and deadlines✅ Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred (freshers can apply)
