Job description:
Company: Freight Mart Logistics Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 1–3 years
Job Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers for logistics and freight forwarding services.
· Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
· Maintain a database of customer leads and follow up regularly.
· Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential clients.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients over calls.
· Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
· Record customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Customer Care Executive.
· Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi).
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
· Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
· Preference for candidates with logistics or service industry background.
