Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and energetic Telecaller to join our team at NFAD Society. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to build good customer relationships.
Freshers are also welcome! Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
Follow up with leads and assist the sales team.
Maintain daily call records and reports.

Requirements:
