Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Performance

Ø Lead from the front by actively closing deals and setting sales benchmarks

Ø Assign leads, define territories, and ensure fair lead distribution

Ø Track daily activities: calls, site visits, follow-ups, and closures

Ø Conduct daily/weekly sales review meetings

Ø Motivate the team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Process, Reporting & Discipline

Ø Ensure every team member updates CRM and lead status daily

Ø Monitor attendance, punctuality, and work ethics

Ø Implement sales scripts, follow-up systems, and SOPs

Ø Maintain pipeline visibility and forecast sales accurately

Market Knowledge & Client Handling

Ø Train the team on projects, pricing, payment plans, and USPs

Ø Handle high-value clients and complex negotiations

Ø Support team members during site visits and final closures

Ø Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and inventory

Ownership & Accountability

Ø Take full ownership of team targets and revenue

Ø Ensure ethical sales practices and brand reputation

Ø Drive a high-performance, result-oriented culture


🔹Ideal Profile:

·       3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Team Leader in Sales.

  • Strong Communication and People Management skills to mentor, guide, and motivate team members effectively
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to drive processes and strategies that improve team productivity
  • Focus on achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction by building strong client relationships
  • Ability to evaluate performance metrics and create actionable plans for improvement
  • Prior experience in sales leadership roles preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment

·       Strong proficiency in handling the projects aggressively and understands its core principles.

·       Solid understanding of the Reality sector in Delhi/NCR. PAN India would be an added advantage.

·       Experience with building the sales pipeline.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Strong team handling and team abilities.
