Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Leader role at One97 Communications Limited. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, creating and implementing strategies to achieve team goals, and ensuring the team's performance meets company standards. Additionally, the Team Leader will provide guidance, support, and training to team members.

• Experience in project management and goal setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in the mobile-internet or digital industry is a plus
