Role Description This is a full-time on-site Team Leader role at One97 Communications Limited. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, creating and implementing strategies to achieve team goals, and ensuring the team's performance meets company standards. Additionally, the Team Leader will provide guidance, support, and training to team members. Qualifications Leadership, Communication, and Team Management skills Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities Experience in project management and goal setting Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in the mobile-internet or digital industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
