Role & responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:

    Prior experience in leading teams, ideally in customer service or BPO.
  • Customer Service:

    Background in client support, preferably in e-commerce or Escalation Management.
  • Communication:

    Strong verbal and written skills for effective internal and external interactions.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Ability to handle complex issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Performance Management:

    Skilled in setting targets, tracking progress, and giving feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate
  • 2+ Years in BPO Environment, with 1 Year of year as a Team Lead
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Must be an immediate joiner
  • Must reside at Bangalore currently
