  • Design and develop complex reports and dashboards using MS Excel
  • Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain data visualisation tools using MS Excel
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
  • Develop and maintain data models and databases
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reports and dashboards
  • Provide training and support to non-technical stakeholders on report usage
  • Stay up-to-date with new MS Excel features and best practices
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet reporting deadlines


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VBA, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with data modelling and database design principles
  • Certification in MS Excel (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Excel Expert) is an asset.
