Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated JR Team Leader to assist in managing day-to-day team operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage performance, and a passion for team development. This position supports the Team Leader in delivering targets, maintaining quality, and ensuring team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Team Leader in supervising and supporting a team of associates.
• Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Provide floor support and guide team members in resolving queries.
• Conduct training sessions, refreshers, and mentoring when required.
• Prepare performance reports and submit them to management.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Motivate the team to maintain high morale and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and work discipline.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a team handling/support role.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Flexible to work in shifts, if required.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
