Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to manage and coordinate our photography team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to manage people, processes, and deadlines efficiently. Experience in the photography industry is a plus, but we welcome applicants with team leadership experience in other creative or production-focused industries. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of photographers, editors, and assistants. Allocate assignments and ensure timely delivery of projects. Maintain quality control and consistency in all photography outputs. Collaborate with clients, stylists, editors, and other departments to understand shoot requirements. Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and provide feedback and support. Manage studio resources, equipment, and schedules. Resolve conflicts, monitor performance, and identify training needs. Ensure safety protocols and operational standards are followed. Help in recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Report performance and project status to management regularly. Requirements: Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in any industry (Photography, Media, Retail, Hospitality, BPO, etc.). Passion for photography and visual content. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects. Basic understanding of photography processes, editing workflows, and studio operations (training can be provided). Familiarity with tools like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or studio equipment is an added advantage
