Job Summary: Mansion Realtors is a fast-growing real estate consultancy firm specializing in premium residential and commercial properties across Pune. Our focus is to provide end-to-end property solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term value for our clients and investors. Key Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manage daily team activities, including site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost team performance. Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews. Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and transparent communication. Coordinate with the marketing and presales teams for lead generation and conversion. Ensure proper documentation and closing of property transactions. Report team performance and sales data to senior management. Requirements: Graduate / MBA preferred (specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales; leadership experience is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Good understanding of Pune real estate market and property trends. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
