Job Summary: Mansion Realtors is seeking a result-driven and experienced Team Lead – Real Estate to manage, guide, and motivate a team of real estate executives. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience in real estate sales or operations, a strong understanding of the property market, and excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead & manage a team of telecallers Ensure achievement of sales & calling targets Train, motivate & monitor team performance Handle customer queries & escalations effectively Maintain daily MIS & performance reports Drive conversions for Loan & Finance Products. Requirements: 3 – 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Operations, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and customer acquisition strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
