Job Title: Team Leader – Insurance (Preferred)Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader with a background in the Insurance industry to manage and guide a team of executives. The role involves driving team performance, achieving targets, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales / telesales / service executives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure achievement. Monitor calls, performance, and productivity of team members. Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to improve results. Handle escalated customer queries and support team members. Prepare performance reports and MIS for management. Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines, company policies, and quality standards. Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 2–4 years of experience, with Team Leader experience preferred. Prior experience in the Insurance industry is preferred (Life / Health / General). Graduate in any discipline. Skills Required:Strong leadership and people-management skills. Good communication, coaching, and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented and result-driven mindset. Knowledge of insurance products and processes. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
