A Team Leader in Information Technology Services (ITIS) is a professional who guides, motivates, and manages an IT team to achieve organizational goals, which includes overseeing daily IT operations, projects, and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include setting goals, delegating tasks, ensuring system security and performance, coordinating with other departments, and fostering a positive, productive team environment through mentorship and conflict resolution.
