Team Leader-HR Shaeesta

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage service delivery operations and ensure seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process efficiency, team performance, and continuous improvement across delivery functions.

Principal Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery efficiency and manage a team to achieve all client metrics.
• Drive process-level compliance and support various process improvement initiatives.
• Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:
• Drive SLAs, KPIs, and team performance.
• Escalate issues through appropriate channels to ensure accountability.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Meet or exceed all delivery targets including timelines and quality metrics.
• Act as a point of contact between the client, management, and team for delivery matters.
• Take ownership of process deliverables and client requirements in the absence of a Manager.
• Manage a team of 2025 members and ensure effective performance management.
• Critical Skills Required

Technical Skills:

• Undergraduate or Graduate in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Strong understanding of client and end-user requirements.
• Good knowledge of back-office operations and Order-to-Cash processes (Telecom domain preferred).
