Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of customer service representatives
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Create and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate team schedules and manage workload distribution
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5-6 years of experience in a customer service or communications role
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
