Job Description

As a Team Leader in the Credit Advisory Department, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers to provide debt advisory services to corporate and business clients. Your role will involve taking ownership of the Profit & Loss, devising execution plans, nurturing client relationships, monitoring performance, and fostering team development to ensure excellent service delivery and operational efficiency. You will engage with corporate clients, including MSMEs and Mid Corporates, to offer expert advice on a variety of banking and financial products available across multiple Banks, NBFCs, and AIFs. It is crucial to possess a strong financial acumen and comprehensive knowledge of the company's offerings to identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations. Collaboration with banks and financial institutions to facilitate the implementation of business proposals will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to provide market intelligence updates and negotiate terms and conditions for ongoing assignments. Leading a high-performing team, you will focus on delivering exceptional client service, achieving targets, and enhancing team performance and operational efficiency through strategic planning. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, addressing their financial needs promptly and professionally is essential. Setting clear performance metrics, providing feedback, coaching, identifying training needs, and facilitating ongoing development programs for team members will be part of your leadership responsibilities. You will act as a point of escalation for complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while upholding high levels of client satisfaction. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes will enable you to proactively guide team strategies and client offerings. The ideal candidate for this role should be a CA Qualified professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leader role and 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Banking, MSME, working capital exposure, or mid-market exposure in Banks, NBFCs, or corporate financial advisory companies.
