Expense Management o Annual planning cycle / Rolling Forecasts § Development annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts with variance commentary reporting § Front end discussions with Service Delivery and Functions to prepare annual budgets and monthly forecast o Monthly Performance § Ensure all expense variances are accurately reported and in line Business / Management expectations § Ensure all Financial information and drivers are tracked for Management reporting § Track and report all financial & non-financial drivers § Periodic variance analysis and reviews working with budget owners. o Partner with central team for all consolidation and monthly variance reporting 2.
