Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader for our field sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build relationships with clients. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
