Job Title: Team Leader (Ed - Tech Sales) Data Science, AI & Investment Banking Programs

Location: Noida Sector 02 (On-site)

Experience Required: 1 to 4 years in academic counselling, At least 1 year exp. as Team Leader

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 days

Shift Timings: 10:30am to 7pm

Compensation: As per industry standards + performance incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader (Ed - Tech Sales) to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in counselling for Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Investment Banking certification programs. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of academic counsellors to drive enrollments and achieve sales targets.
• Proactively engage with prospective learners via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to understand their career goals and educational requirements.
• Provide detailed counselling on Data Science, AI, and Investment Banking programs—highlighting course benefits, structure, outcomes, and career opportunities.
• Guide students through the entire enrollment journey including documentation, course selection, and fee structure.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is captured in CRM tools and maintain consistent lead follow-ups.
• Monitor and improve team performance by tracking conversion rates, counselling quality, and student feedback.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and academic departments to streamline the lead-to-enrollment process and ensure high student satisfaction.
• Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions to upskill the counselling team and maintain service excellence.
• Report weekly performance metrics and share actionable insights to optimize student acquisition strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); background in business, finance, computer science, or related fields preferred.

· 1 months to 4 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in tech or finance education sectors , Min. 1 year of Team handling exp.

· Strong understanding of Data Science, AI, or Investment Banking course structures is a must.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

· High levels of energy, persistence, and results orientation.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working in Edtech or training institutions.

· Familiarity with CRM tools.

· Basic understanding of student career paths in tech and finance sectors.
