Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and closing the deals 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve & exceed monthly sales target. 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through channel partners.  
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to drive residential sales growth. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy. 

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate closing sales  
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends and regulations. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel management.
