About the Role:

Team Leader – Admissions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the admissions counsellors’ team
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment goals
  • Monitor performance and provide regular coaching/feedback
  • Handle escalated student/parent queries
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth student onboarding
  • Maintain accurate admission reports and records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in admissions/counselling; leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
