As a key player in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end property solutions, from acquisition and sales to advisory and asset management. Leveraging deep market insights and strong stakeholder relationships, you will lead an on-site sales team to drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences in India's key real estate markets. Your role will involve leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will develop and execute effective territory plans by leveraging market analysis to identify high-potential leads and maximize conversion rates. Overseeing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, you will implement robust CRM processes to track team performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy. Collaborating with marketing and operations, you will refine promotional campaigns, open houses, and client events to drive lead generation. Additionally, conducting regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching will be essential to elevate team skills in negotiation, relationship management, and closing techniques. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets. You should also possess 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team-lead role within residential or commercial property brokerage. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, along with proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), are essential. Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language will enable you to build trust with diverse stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, on-site environment, familiarity with local property regulations and compliance standards, and a background in market research and data-driven sales strategies.
