Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and ensure successful conversions.
• Confidently direct and manage customer interactions across calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Address customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve concerns effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using prepared scripts.
• Understand customer requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and close sales.
• Record and update customer details, inquiries, and transactions accurately in the database.
• Process orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handle grievances to uphold company reputation.
• Achieve sales targets and go the “extra mile” to facilitate repeat business.
• Maintain records of calls, sales activities, and customer insights for reporting and analysis.
• Lead and motivate the team to consistently meet performance benchmarks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented approach.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
• Graduate with 2–4 years’ sales/BD experience (leadership experience preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000+ incentive + commission

Statutory Benefits: As per company policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
