Team Leader - CAD

• Must have worked on AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) projects based on CAD Technology
• Working experience with international projects is a must
• A high level of expertise in AutoCAD drafting, detailing, and designing jobs using AutoCAD, Solar Utilities & other relevant software
• Experience in understanding and managing technical design projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of work.
• Manage design projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet project goals and client expectations
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of all technical drawings produced by the team
• Able to clearly communicate project requirements, give constructive feedback, and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities well
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and precision in the team's AutoCAD drawings and documentation.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery. Manage workload and meet deadlines effectively
• Previous experience as a CAD designer/Engineer to review and understand and deliver technical project-based requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 10+ Years
• Education Qualifications: Graduate with BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification
• Must have successfully led a team of Design Engineers
• Swiftly identify and resolve technical design issues in the project
• Good with Client communication and should be able to technically lead client calls via Voice and video calls
• Work effectively with other departments and team members to gather requirements and ensure that project specifications are met.

• Good email writing skills
• Well versed with Office applications: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
• Presentable, Confident, with Strong problem-solving and creative skills
