Job Title: Team Leader – Outbound Call Centre
Location: Bengaluru & GurgaonDepartment: Call Centre OperationsReporting To: Call Centre ManagerCTC Range: upto 6 LPAExperience Required: 3–5 years in BPO / Call Centre (Outbound Sales)Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredRole Objective:To lead and manage a team of outbound callers focused on tele-sales, lead conversion, and customer engagement for VLCC’s wellness services, ensuring high performance and achievement of daily/monthly targets.Key Responsibilities:🟠 Team ManagementSupervise, motivate, and guide a team of 10–15 outbound calling executivesConduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and feedback sessionsMonitor adherence to scripts, pitch quality, and CRM hygiene🟠 Sales & Target AchievementEnsure daily and monthly team targets are metDrive lead follow-ups, customer callbacks, and appointment confirmationsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead utilization🟠 Operations & ReportingTrack real-time metrics such as call connect rate, conversion rate, and productivityShare performance dashboards and MIS reports with managementIdentify training gaps and coordinate with trainers for upskilling🟠 Customer Engagement & Escalation HandlingEnsure high-quality customer interaction aligned with VLCC brand standardsManage escalations and ensure timely resolutionCandidate Profile:✔️ 3–5 years of experience in BPO or telesales, preferably outbound calling✔️ Experience in handling sales targets and performance KPIs✔️ Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)✔️ Proficient in CRM systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools ✔️ People-oriented, process-driven, and result-focusedInterested candidates can share their resume to agni.maitra@vlccgroup.com
