Job Summary:

We are hiring a Team Leader for our BPO operations in Mysore. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO industry and should be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi. This role requires strong people management skills and the ability to drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives.

Monitor individual and team performance to ensure targets and service levels are met.

Coach, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.

Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.

Conduct regular team meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.

Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management.

Ensure process adherence and implement improvements where necessary.

Maintain a positive and disciplined team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in the BPO industry.

Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Good understanding of BPO metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Shift: Rotational shifts (including weekends)
